WWI Dollond, London, bino's in a Ross case.
Binoculars have no ordnance marks so this is a private purchase. The optics are clear and the body is in good condition.
The case is of more historical interest has it is "A 1" stamped and has an ink inkscription, "No 1 Section" with both implying military use but again there are no War Dept ownership markings.
From the address on the inside of the binocular case we know that the case was likely made before 1912 as according to the following resource:

31 Cockspur Street, Charing Cross, was occupied until 1912.
