These ordnance marked binoculars are dated 1940 and manufactured by Kershaw.
Visible graticules can be seen through the right side optics which are described on the binoculars body as being 1/2 degree apart and 1/4, 1/2 & 1 degree high.
Magnification x 6, serial # 115079. 
Optics are good as is the body.
 
The Ordnance marked MeCo 1937 Pattern Binocular Pouch is also dated 1940.
